Reason for leaving your current (or most recent) guild? Bad leadership choices (I won't go into detail), "democratic" raid leading, people talking over one another in ventrilo, and most of all, obnoxious guildies.
What is your Raid Experience? Pre and Post WotLK, other MMOs I've done most of the major vanilla raids (Molten Core, AQ40, etc.), as well as Black Temple 25-man. WotLK, I've done all the raids, both 10 and 25man. I've done few hard modes, other than ToGC. WoW is the only MMO I've raided in, so I can't say anything for others.

Why do you want to be a part of Big Tymers?
I want a fresh start, on a new server, with a new race, with a whole different set of people. A real life friend of mine recommended me to you guys, as I was looking for a higher-end raiding guild on Zangar. I want to do the top-end raids, and have fun doing so. I want to meet new, cool, interesting people, play Horde for once (I've been Alliance since launch), contribute my experiences and ideas to raiding, dungeons, or even outside of WoW itself.

What do you expect from us as a guild?
To be mature, with a good leadership group, as well as a solid group of core raiders who know what they are doing. I'm sick of failng, wiping and losing with my guild and/or PUGs. I want to be back on top like I was in Burning Crusade. I also want to have fun doing so, and feel like playing WoW is a game, not a job.

Well, I've indirectly given my guild about 1-2 weeks to get their act togethor. If nothing happens thats an improvement in those times, I'll be server transferring. Srurvy Dogs declined me due to schedule conflicts, but I'm not sure about you guy.

And I love durnks if they're not stupid and obnoxious. I'm British, so I know tons of classy, drunk grandpas (who doesn't have one who's drank since he was 12?)

It either your guys road or the high road right now. They just raged at me for absolutely zilch, and I'm about ready to /gquit. If, as soon as you guys say "accept" I'm gone and server transferring.

Essentially they are under the impression that I'm just plain bad. That was proved otherwise later in the evening when I led the second ICC10 group and 1-shotted up to Festergut, while in the previous week, without me, same group otherwise, wiped multiple times on every boss. Eh.

I think I should have left the first mention of a 5k GearScore by the guild leader as one of our recruiting requirements.

Gearscore does not make a good player, or a good guildmate. Honestly from what I am reading you are either at a very emotional place or are just this way normally. If you are like this in a normal setting what are you like in a hyper state?

My suggestion here is if you are that serious on server transferring do so. We can test you out and see if you are a fit.

I spoke with Thesauce (GM's alt) last night. I'm going to be transferring on Monday morning, while all the guildies are at work and whatnot, as to avoid as much drama as I can. I was promised a spot in your 25man ICC next week, so I'll definitely be there for that. Unfortunately, I won't be able to make it on Wednesday or Thursday; I need to go out of town for some family issues. I hardly ever miss raids, so don't hold that to me, it literally came up a few hours before I started typing this.

Like I said, I can tank for you guys, or pull around 7k-13k (depending on size of mob, or single target) in Fury gear.

And no, I'm not an emotional at all. I'm just getting worn down the the degrading state of my guild and ready to jump ship come Monday. Normally, I'm actually very easy going and love to have a good time, just this week hasn't been the greatest week, in-game and out-of-game (a load of school work, tests, and now this family thing next week). When I run with you guys, the past is the past, and I'll come into the raid with a smile on my face.

update: Actually, I'll be back in town Thursday evening, so I'll be able to make that raid most likely. But Wednesday is a definite no-show.
